One of the best tools for getting the proof you need is to begin recording personal evidence of every coincidence or every 'out of the blue' experience that happens to you. HINT: Every time you use the words or phrases: serendipity, coincidence, synchronicity, every thing is falling into place, and out of the blue---you are actually gathering your own proof that The Law of Attraction is working in YOUR life!

Folks who are thinkers and 'figure-it-outers' simply need this gathering of evidence to reduce their scepticism. Skepticism or doubt produces negative vibrations. More doubt attracts more negative vibration, and as we all know, The Law of Attraction is working in every moment to match our vibration and bring us more of the same, whether wanted or unwanted. Doubt slows down the speed of the delivery of our desires. It's important to reduce that negative vibration; the less doubt or scepticism we have, the faster we manifest. 




Proof does just that! Gathering proof through keeping a log and recording each personal experience of The Law of Attraction reduces doubt for the skeptic. Gathering proof replaces those negative vibrations with the positive vibrations of knowing that The Law of Attraction is indeed working for you, the thinker!

3. Look for the Proof Instead of Making Assumptions
A fear of not being liked or accepted sometimes leads us to assume that we know what others are thinking, but our fears are usually not reality. If you have a fear that a friend or family member's bad mood is due to something you did, or that your co-workers are secretly gossiping about you when you turn your back, speak up and ask them. Don't waste time worrying that you did something wrong unless you have proof that there is something to worry about.

4. Refrain from Using Absolutes
Have you ever told a partner "You're ALWAYS late!" or complained to a friend "You NEVER call me!"? Thinking and speaking in absolutes like 'always' and 'never' makes the situation seem worse than it is, and programs your brain into believing that certain people are incapable of delivering.

5. Detach From Negative Thoughts

Your thoughts can't hold any power over you if you don't judge them. If you notice yourself having a negative thought, detach from it, witness it, and don't follow it.




6. Squash the "ANTs"
In his book "Change Your Brain, Change Your Life," Dr. Daniel Amen talks about "ANTs" - Automatic Negative Thoughts. These are the bad thoughts that are usually reactionary, like "Those people are laughing, they must be talking about me," or "The boss wants to see me? It must be bad!" When you notice these thoughts, realize that they are nothing more than ANTs and squash them!

7. Practice Lovin', Touchin' & Squeezin' (Your Friends and Family)
You don't have to be an expert to know the benefits of a good hug. Positive physical contact with friends, loved ones, and even pets, is an instant pick-me-up. One research study on this subject had a waitress touch some of her customers on the arm as she handed them their checks. She received higher tips from these customers than from the ones she didn't touch!

8. Increase Your Social Activity
By increasing social activity, you decrease loneliness. Surround yourself with healthy, happy people, and their positive energy will affect you in a positive way!

9. Volunteer for an Organization, or Help another Person
Everyone feels good after helping. You can volunteer your time, your money, or your resources. The more positive energy you put out into the world, the more you will receive in return.



10. Use Pattern Interrupts to Combat Rumination
If you find yourself ruminating, a great way to stop it is to interrupt the pattern and force yourself to do something completely different. Rumination is like hyper-focus on something negative. It's never productive, because it's not rational or solution-oriented, it's just excessive worry. Try changing your physical environment - go for a walk or sit outside. You could also call a friend, pick up a book, or turn on some music.

When it comes to the corporate world, protocol is pretty much the religion. To know the things needed to do are the basics of productivity, but interaction and having a steady mind makes up the entire thing to true productivity. 




There are those who seem to work well even under pressure, but they're uncommon ones and we are human and imperfect. To get these little things like stress under our skins won't solve our problems. Sometimes it takes a bit of courage to admit that we're turning to be workaholics than tell ourselves that we're not doing our best.

We are powerful manifesting machines, but since we have 50 to 70 THOUSAND unconscious thoughts per day, of which about 80% are NEGATIVE we're not always manifesting wonders!

By implementing daily positive practices in our lives, we will shift and raise our energetic vibration so that we can manifest from a place of calm, inspired action yielding faster results. If you get into the habit of using tools that will insert empowering and positive thoughts into your mind, you'll be poised to produce good experiences and results!

Here are nine habits you can implement in your daily life right now to start activating manifesting energy:

1. Note what you focus on.

Start by paying attention to what you focus on. Do you pay attention to what's going right, or what's going wrong? When you're working on manifesting your dreams, obstacles and challenges will arise, but when you focus on what's right, you become an incredible problem-solver, which builds confidence and quickly raises your energetic vibration. You will move through obstacles quicker.


2. Keep a worry list.

Since the brain is Velcro for negative experiences, it is natural that we worry so much. It's just the brain's tendency. Keep a worry list for 2 weeks. The minute you start to worry write it down. This not only helps release the heavy energy that often keeps us stuck, but at the end of 2 weeks you will notice none of the worries were warranted. Your brain will have proof that worry is a waste of energy.

3. Practice diaphragmatic breathing.

Breathe from the belly, not the chest. This type of breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-digest), which helps produce a sense of relaxation and contentment and allows us to be calm and clear when taking inspired action.

4. Quiet the monkey mind with meditation.

Meditation quiets the monkey mind, which is naturally biased toward negativity. Meditating does NOT mean you stop thinking. It simply means the grip around your thoughts softens. Meditation helps us withdraw attention from stressful, negative patterns we've created over time.


5. Move your body in whatever way feels good to you.

Negative emotions get stored in our bodies on a cellular level. Moving is one way to release stress and negative energy. It doesn't have to be intense; you can dance, practice yoga or go for a walk.

6. Keep a gratitude journal.


Gratitude is one of the simplest ways to raise our vibration. When we recognize our great fortune and appreciate all our blessings, it automatically puts us in a "feel-good" energetic vibration.

7. Write down your goals and connect to your "why."

Writing your goals will not only help you get clear, but will help you create inspired action steps toward your dreams. Connecting to your "why" means connecting to the feeling that achieving the goal will give you. When we connect to the "why," we raise our vibration and become magnets for attracting the people, circumstances, etc. that will help us achieve our goal.

8. Visualize what it will look like when you achieve your dreams.

Read your written goals first thing in the morning and before going to bed at night; then take five minutes to visualize and connect with the feeling of achieving your dreams. Get it into your subconscious mind!



9. Feel like you already have what you want.

Be like a kid who allows no impossibility to enter her manifesting realm. "Feeling" helps us release any doubt and negative energy. It generates excitement and positive feelings, which support us to take inspired action! So go test drive that car you want, or feel what it will be like to have the perfect partner in your life, because feeling is believing!

ANDREA CONSTAND, the Bill Cosby sexual assault accuser is a liar, told in her own words under oath.
For the treehuggers, super mindless liberals and fake women’s rights activists: listen up, Andrea Constand’s fake story about Bill Cosby doesn’t add up. Andrea Constand, the “woman” with a weird ball of tornado hair is a liar.


After the first week of a brutal trial, the prosecution in the Bill Cosby case hasn’t presented any convincing evidence against Bill Cosby. The prosecution’s star witness, Canadian woman Andrea Constand was caught shitting in her pants multiple times on the stand. Here are just a few examples demonstrating that her fake story simply holds no water:

ANDREA CONSTAND: ‘SEXUALLY ASSAULTED,’ BUT WENT BACK TO COSBY FOR MORE

Was it good sex or no sex at all? That’s the question many Bill Cosby watchers must answer truthfully. If a woman feels so distressed from an unwanted sexual encounter, would you believe she would come back to the attacker wanting more sex or maintaining any friendship at all with the attacker? If readers believe the hypothesis makes no common sense at all, then Constand’s story was complete bullshit.
But that’s what Andrea Constand told a Pennsylvania jury on the second day of the Bill Cosby trial: after the alleged rape by Coxby, Andrea Constant admitted she subsequently called Bill Cosby at least 57 times asking the comedian out for social events. It’s the reality TV soap opera revealed for the first time during Bill Cosby’s bizarre criminal trial in a Pennsylvania courtroom.
Cosby’s lawyers have argued that the alleged sexual encounter with Constand was consensual and have cited phone records showing she called the TV star nearly 60 times afterward, including one call several weeks after the alleged assault that lasted 20 minutes – it sure sounds like a cozy chick chat between two buddies.

ROMANTIC DINNER AFTER THE ALLEGED ‘SEXUAL ATTACK’


Bill Cosby’s lawyer Angela Agrusa said that Constand, a 44-year-old former employee of the basketball program at Temple University, enjoyed romantic dinners at Cosby’s home before and after the alleged assault.
“You were sitting by the fire. The room was dark. There was a nice mood …,” Agrusa began, paraphrasing Constand’s 2005 statement to police. “The lights were dim and the fire was going,” the lawyer continued.
“I don’t really remember how dim the lights were, but I did have to eat my dinner,” Constand said.
Agrusa contended that the advances Cosby made on Constand on two occasions — touching her thigh one time, and attempting to unbutton her pants and pull down her zipper another — signaled his romantic interest. And the woman never rejected the alleged advances. She never walked away or said “No.”
Constand said she told Cosby she was not interested (after her pants were allegedly unzipped). But she didn’t stand up and leave while Bill Cosby allegedly continued with the intrusion…
“So you knew — you were alone at his home — that Mr. Cosby was interested in you romantically?” Agrusa asked.
“No, he never said a word to me.” Constand answered.
That may be true. But Constand never said “No” either.

Give us a break, woman! You had legs, you had brain, you had your freedom to walk away from a “bad situation,” you had every chance in the world to avoid putting yourself in an “unwanted position”… but you didn’t walk away! You stuck around, you enjoyed it, you enjoyed Bill Cosby’s company, his generosity, his romance and most likely, his money!

When the body does not convert enough glucose for use, blood sugar levels remain high. Insulin helps the body's cells absorb glucose, lowering blood sugar and providing the cells with the glucose they need for energy.

When blood sugar levels are too low, the pancreas releases glucagon. Glucagon forces the liver to release stored glucose, which causes the blood sugar to rise.

Insulin and glucagon are both released by islet cells in the pancreas. These cells are clustered throughout the pancreas. Beta islet cells (B cells) release insulin, and alpha islet cells (A cells) release glucagon.


How insulin works
The body converts energy from carbohydrates into glucose. The body's cells need glucose for energy, but most cells cannot directly use glucose.

Insulin acts like a key to allow glucose to access the cells. It attaches to insulin receptors on cells throughout the body, telling those cells to open up and allow glucose to enter.

Low levels of insulin are constantly circulating throughout the body. When insulin rises, this signals to the liver that blood glucose is also high. The liver absorbs glucose, then changes it to a storage molecule called glycogen.


When blood sugar levels drop, glucagon signals the liver to convert the glycogen back to glucose. This makes blood sugar levels go up.

Insulin also supports healing after an injury by delivering amino acids to the muscles. Amino acids help build the protein found in muscle tissue, so when insulin levels are low, muscles may not heal properly.

How glucagon works
The liver must store glucose to power the cells during times of low blood sugar. Skipping meals and poor nutrition can lower blood sugar. By storing glucose, the liver makes sure blood glucose levels stay steady between meals or during sleep.


When blood glucose falls, cells in the pancreas secrete glucagon. Glucagon instructs the liver to convert glycogen to glucose. This makes glucose more available in the bloodstream. From there, insulin attaches to insulin receptors on cells to make sure they can absorb glucose.

Insulin and glucagon work in a cycle. Glucagon interacts with the liver to raise blood sugar, while insulin lowers blood sugar by helping the cells to use glucose.

The first time I wrote about this I attempted to appeal to societal decorum and the law. A man is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, but no one can control themselves enough to respect this and obviously that isn’t going to do it. Let’s just skip past all of the persuasive arts and cut to the chase toward the journalistic reporting: 5 of the Cosby accusers (and counting) have been caught in lies at this point and you probably will not see these women moving forward. Another 8 of these women had no business coming forth to begin with as their stories were nothing more than “he say, she say” nonsense that didn’t entail a crime committed. Let’s go.

Let’s start with the most conspicuous case of false reporting and deception. The latest and perhaps the most serious case was that of former exotic dancer Chloe Goins. Her case was the most serious because hers still fell within the statute of limitations. However, Chloe Goins totally goofed and her case fell flat. Goins, who has been arrested for prostitution,  picked a bad day and chose an event Cosby didn’t even attend. After she gave an elaborate story about how she was drugged and raped at this event by Cosby, it came to light that in the days before, after and during, Cosby was approximately 2500 miles away in another state.
Everything Chloe Goins alleged was impossible and did not happen. When Cosby’s lawyer presented this to the authorities, her lawyer released a statement about her memory due to trauma and she slithered away.  No one has condemned her and the media left it alone.

Another accuser with epic memory failure is Louisa Moritz.  Moritz gave a story that Cosby inserted his member into her mouth in a dressing room at the “Tonight Show” in 1971. No struggle or resistance; I suppose she was caught off guard and just said “Welp—oh well.” Anyway, Moritz claimed Cosby did this on the night they appeared on the same show. However, when they included Moritz in the list of accusers either no one did their research or they overlooked a huge problem that came out later—Cosby and Moritz never appeared on the same night of the “Tonight Show” in 1971. After the internet database was checked and this was brought to her attention, she claimed that there were things she doesn’t recall and things she may have forgotten and she escaped without explaining the huge problem with her tale. She also said, “I thought that was the year…” Translation: she lied. She too was left alone since. 

P. F. Masten

The next is former Playboy Playmate P.F. Masten. This one is very interesting, indeed. Most people may not remember her but this isn’t her first rodeo. Remember Marv Albert? Back when Marv was having his bout of legal trouble Masten (then referred to as Patricia Masten) came forth and said that he raped her too. There are striking similarities between both cases. 
Marv Albert was in hot water for allegedly raping and biting a woman. Masten joined the Gloria Allred led lawsuit and claimed Marv Albert raped and bit her too just like the other woman. Albert and his lawyer called her claims a completely fabricated lie. Needless to say her case fell flat. Now with Cosby she wasn’t raped and bitten. This time she is claiming she was drugged and raped just like the other women in this lawsuit—ALSO LED BY GLORIA ALLRED. Does no one find this weird? Poor thing. Everybody rapes P.F. Masten. She just gets raped left and right by rich celebrities with details just like the other “victims”—and Gloria Allred comes to the rescue every time…. 

Janice Dickinson

The next is Janice Dickinson which is really no surprise to anyone.  She typically uses celebrity names to embellish her stories and books, and Dickinson simply revamped an old Cosby tale to jump on the Cosby rape bandwagon. She takes out and adds details to stories like a Hollywood script writer.  
She conjured an initial version of her Cosby story that involved her possibly singing. People trained in the art of bullshit discerned that Dickinson has a pattern. She augments stories and changes them based on what works to gain traction. Dickinson’s old story was that Cosby blew her off after dinner because she wouldn’t sleep with him. In fact, she’s told this story many times. Her new story is that Cosby did not blow her off, the two peas in a pod instead hit it off famously and partied on up to his hotel room. In the hotel room Cosby mysteriously handed her “a pill”, exactly like all of the other women getting press, and for unknown reasons she just swallowed it. And just like that, something never uttered before in her life of celebrities, modelling and showbiz, had instantly become a major solitary event in her life that the poor soul never told anyone. Janice Dickinson was raped by Bill Cosby—who knew? There is absolutely no one who was told about this, because it didn’t happen. Even her old manager warned the public not to believe her drivel. Dickinson will say anything to get attention and stay relevant, even accusing a man of rape.  
Important Side Note: Dickinson filed for bankruptcy in 2013 and has reportedly been trying to earn money filing lawsuits including one against Rite Aid.

Beverly Johnson

Beverly Johnson’s narrative is a perfect example of just how brain dead sheeple are. People remember absolutely nothing and cannot connect dots to save their lives. Allow me to refresh. Beverly Johnson was once an item with actor Chris Noth, better known as Sex in the City’s “Mr. Big”. The two broke up and Johnson owed Noth a considerable amount of money. The witch then launched rumors and threatened action against Noth for domestic abuse that Noth and people who knew him vehemently denied. Most feel that it was strategically done to avoid her financial obligation and it worked. Has-been actors and models way past their heydays with money issues can never be trusted. So let me repeat that, it is believed she was exposing things about Noth that weren’t true for money. Beverley Johnson also slandered ex boy friend Mark Burk with false allegations. She falsified pictures and documents and Mark Burk tried to warn the courts of Johnson’s mental health instability. Mark Burk possessed medical evidence that Johnson was someone of psychological concern. I’ll provide the links below.  
Now Johnson is back in black and of course not for a movie role or talent-based initiatives. 

Johnson has invented a Cosby story for Vanity Fair suspiciously at the height of all the media attention against Cosby. Johnson had a brunch with Cosby that his wife Camille attended, and she even put Cosby on a short list of people to call back with her manager after the brunch. She even met with her manager after the brunch to discuss how well it went. Only recently and after all these years, did this amazing tale of being drugged get implemented. 



Regardless, Johnson has retold her Cosby story each time with slightly different details, and some people are just beginning to catch on. Her written story and TV appearance versions don’t match up. There are also elements to her story that are theoretically impossible. For instance, she stated clearly and emphatically that the the second she sipped her drink she knew she’d been drugged.

Are Dating Guides Useful

Dating can be HARD. No one is denying that fact. 


Actually, everyone seems to be so aware of just how difficult dating can be that everywhere you look there are dating guides of some sort. These things sell like hot cakes, too. The problem is that the majority of these guides aren’t worth the space they take up online to advertise them. If you think about it honestly, can there REALLY be that many dating gurus and experts around that are taking the time to write books? 


Many people do purchase these online ebooks. They also order the physical books that promise to help get that man or that woman that you want. Most of the people that author these books should be sued for false advertising because the only thing they’re an expert in is how to make passive income. The books, themselves, are very often a huge disappointment to the people that buy them. 


So, are these dating guides really useful? The answer to this question is yes and no. For people that always seem to have bad luck with picking the wrong people to try to date, or those that are simply too shy to deal with the dating arena, these guides can be helpful. There can be some useful advice in these books by the REAL experts on the subject of dating in this new age. The problem is that many of the so-called “dating gurus” aren’t actually experts at all, as readers will notice almost from the first page of the book. 

Many dating guides instruct men to behave in such a way around women that they’re more likely to be slapped than dated. If you feel that you need a bit of help with dating, you probably have friends that will be more than happy to offer advice. Many times, that’s the best route to take. However, if you’re really serious about the advice you need, do your research before ordering just any dating guide online that looks useful. 


Dig into the author’s background and find out what their qualifications are for handing out dating advice. Also, keep in mind that helpful advice doesn’t always have to come from someone with “Dr.” in front of their name. Lots of times, someone with “real life” experience can be even more helpful because they’re real and have lived everything they’re telling you. Practicing positive thinking allows people with ADD to focus on our strengths and accomplishments, which increases happiness and motivation. This, in turn, allows us to spend more time making progress, and less time feeling down and stuck. The following tips provide practical suggestions that you can use to help you shift into more positive thinking patterns:


1. Take Good Care of Yourself
It's much easier to be positive when you are eating well, exercising, and getting enough rest.

2. Remind Yourself of the Things You Are Grateful For
Stresses and challenges don't seem quite as bad when you are constantly reminding yourself of the things that are right in life. Taking just 60 seconds a day to stop and appreciate the good things will make a huge difference.

3. Look for the Proof Instead of Making Assumptions

A fear of not being liked or accepted sometimes leads us to assume that we know what others are thinking, but our fears are usually not reality. If you have a fear that a friend or family member's bad mood is due to something you did, or that your co-workers are secretly gossiping about you when you turn your back, speak up and ask them. Don't waste time worrying that you did something wrong unless you have proof that there is something to worry about.



4. Refrain from Using Absolutes
Have you ever told a partner "You're ALWAYS late!" or complained to a friend "You NEVER call me!"? Thinking and speaking in absolutes like 'always' and 'never' makes the situation seem worse than it is, and programs your brain into believing that certain people are incapable of delivering.

5. Detach From Negative Thoughts
Your thoughts can't hold any power over you if you don't judge them. If you notice yourself having a negative thought, detach from it, witness it, and don't follow it.

7. Practice Lovin', Touchin' & Squeezin' (Your Friends and Family)
You don't have to be an expert to know the benefits of a good hug. Positive physical contact with friends, loved ones, and even pets, is an instant pick-me-up. One research study on this subject had a waitress touch some of her customers on the arm as she handed them their checks. She received higher tips from these customers than from the ones she didn't touch!

8. Increase Your Social Activity
By increasing social activity, you decrease loneliness. Surround yourself with healthy, happy people, and their positive energy will affect you in a positive way!

9. Volunteer for an Organization, or Help another Person
Everyone feels good after helping. You can volunteer your time, your money, or your resources. The more positive energy you put out into the world, the more you will receive in return.

10. Use Pattern Interrupts to Combat Rumination
If you find yourself ruminating, a great way to stop it is to interrupt the pattern and force yourself to do something completely different. Rumination is like hyper-focus on something negative. It's never productive, because it's not rational or solution-oriented, it's just excessive worry. Try changing your physical environment - go for a walk or sit outside. You could also call a friend, pick up a book, or turn on some music. 


When it comes to the corporate world, protocol is pretty much the religion. To know the things needed to do are the basics of productivity, but interaction and having a steady mind makes up the entire thing to true productivity. There are those who seem to work well even under pressure, but they're uncommon ones and we are human and imperfect. To get these little things like stress under our skins won't solve our problems.
